Unit 8 I can swim
第一课时
教学目标:
1、知识目标:
(1) 能听懂、会说、会读swim , skate两种运动类的单词,发音正确。
(2) 能听得懂、会说一般疑问句Can you …?并能根据情况用Yes, I can或者No, I can’t.回答,语音语调正确。
(3) 能使用特殊疑问句Can you …?向他人询问会不会某种运动,语音语调正确。
2、能力目标:
提高学生实际运用语言的能力和团体合作能力。
3、情感目标:
在活动中体验运用英语进行表述,解决问题的快乐,培养并保持学生学习英语的兴趣。
教学重点:
1、朗读、练习、运用本课词汇、句型。
2、复习上册所学到的单词run, jump, sing, dance以及句型

3、运用句型Can you …?对运动进行简单交流。
教学难点:
1、能正确运用有关运动类的单词。
2、能运用所学句型谈论运动的问题。
教学过程:
Step1. Warm up
What’s your name? How are you? Nice to meet you. What’s this/that?
Step2. Presentation
1. T: Boys and girls, Look at this picture. This is my good friend. Do you
want to know her name? Let’s ask her. Can you ask? Who wants to try? (请个别
学生问:What’s your name?) Now, let’s ask together: What’s your name?
课件回答:I am a tadpole. My name is Helen.
2.T: Let’s say “Hello” to the tadpole,初次见面我们还可以跟他说: 引导学生说:Nice to meet you. How are you?
3. T: Tadpole is very sad. She can’t find her mother. Let’s help her. OK? But how can we find her mother? Don’t worry. Here is a letter. It can help us. But if you want to open the letter, you must read the words and sentences.
