教学内容:
绘本故事The Runaway Bunny
教学目标:
1. 语言知识
(1)能听得懂、会说、会读单词、词组:for, fisherman, rock, mountain, climber, crocus, run away, fly away, sail away, swim away, run after, in a hidden garden, catch you in my arms, hug。
(2)能听得懂、会说、会读句型:If..., I will...。
(3)能在正确理解、掌握故事内容的基础上以正确的语音语调有感情地朗读。
2. 语言技能
(1)知道封面、环衬、扉页、文本、插图和封底都是绘本的有机组成部分,与故事息息相关。
(2)能通过图片、上下文和词形结构猜测词义,能根据读音规则认读单词。
(3)能发挥想象预测故事、运用所学语言大胆表达,提高综合运用语言的能力。
3. 情感态度
(1)能体会绘本所表达的母子深情。
(2)能形成合作意识,增强学习自信心,提高英语阅读的兴趣。

教学过程:
Step 1 Pre-reading
1. Bring up the topic
T: Hello, boys and girls. Do you like animals? What animals do you like? Do you have an animal friend? What does it have? What can it do?
T: Today we will read a story about an animal. What is it? Guess!
T: (Show the cover, the lining paper and the title page of the story)
Can you give the book a name? The _____ Bunny.
2. Ask questions and predict the story
Step 2 While-reading
1. Picture One
T: The little bunny wants to run away. If you're the mother bunny, what will you say or do?
T: What does the mother bunny say?
2. Picture Two
T: What will the little bunny become and what will his mother do? Let's go on reading.
3. Picture Three-Seven
A. Read and find
T: What else will the little bunny become and what will his mother do? This time, please open your picture books, read from picture 3 to picture 6.
S: Report.
T: So the little bunny will become a rock, a crocus, a bird and a sailboat. How about his mother?
S: She will become a climber, a gardener, a tree and the wind.
C. The ending
T: Now if you’re the little bunny, what will you become?
S:
T: What will the little bunny become? Let’s go on reading.
S: He will become a little boy.
T: What about his mother?
S: She will become his mother.
T: That’s right. They become mother and son again. Then at last, he said, “I might just as well stay where I am and be your little bunny.” And so he does.
Now can you tell me what the little bunny becomes finally?
Step 3 Post-reading
1. T: Now I think you know the story well. Let's come back to our questions.
2. T: I have two questions: Why does the mother bunny runs after the little bunny when he runs away. Why does the little bunny come back finally?
3. T: Share us your sweet moment with your mother.

5. Show the back cover of the story.

1. Read the story with emotion fluently.
