4、通过学习引导学生制作绘本，并培养其对动物的热爱.

教学过程：

Step1、Warming up

Greetings

Watch a film: Let’s enjoy a film, then tell me what can you see in the film?

Look and learn

T: We can see many animals in the zoo. Some of them have big bodies. Some of them have small bodies.(联系U3课前导学bobby——body——bodies)

T: Some of them have wings. Some of them have no wings.( 联系U3课前导学swing——wing——wings)

T: Animals are cute and lovely. I can make friends with them.

Let’s talk: Which animal can be your good friend?

(引导学生说一说原因It’s cute/lovely/fat… It can run/jump…)

Step2、Story time

Show the topic and the title: Just now we talk about our animal friends. Today we’ll learn Unit3 Our animal friends.

Look and say: Our friends are talking about their animals. Who are they? Let’s look.(学生说看，教师贴人物于黑板上)

Watch and match: What animals do they have?

(看完之后，引导学生说… has a …)

Listen and choose: What colors are Nancy’s fish? / What do her fish have?/ What can her fish do?

Learn the paragraph one: one… the other…

                    or  (学完之后完成黑板上的导图)

Read and complete: What about Mike/ Liu Tao/ Su Hai’s friends?

Step3、Consolidation

Show the book and ask: Do you want to make a picture book like this?

Show the steps:

First, choose characters and draw a mind map.

Next, draw pictures of the characters and their animal friends.

Then, write some information about the characters and their animal friends.

 Finally, design the cover of the book.

Try to draw a mind map.
