第1课时
教学内容:
译林版小学英语六下Unit7 Summer holiday plans( Storytime ) Period 1
教学目标:
1. 能正确理解故事内容,有感情地朗读故事。
2. 通过学习,学生能用词汇Beijing, Hong Kong, London, Taipei, Ocean Park, Disneyland, how long, go back to来谈论他们的暑期计划。
3. 通过学习,学生能用句型Will you …?及其回答Yes, I will./No, I won’t.、Where/When/How Long/What/Who/How will you …? 及其回答I’ll/We’ll …来谈论他们的暑期计划。
4. 在故事教学中,培养学生的听说读写能力,并着重培养学生的英语自主阅读能力。
教学重点难点:
1.能正确理解故事内容,有感情地朗读故事,并能用词汇和句型来谈论他们的暑期计划。
2.学生能will的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句谈论自己的暑期计划。

教学构想:
本单元谈论的话题是“暑假出游计划”。学生在前面的学习中已经有了很多的语言储备,所以导入时利用PPT呈现许多动词短语,既唤醒了学生的旧知,又为他们说说自己暑期活动做好铺垫。
本单元的语法点是“will”的一般将来时的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句。学生在前一个单元学习了“will”的陈述句,所以在导入环节通过关键词,激发学生说关于“will”的陈述句,既唤醒了旧知又为下面环节做好准备。
这单元只有Disneyland、Ocean Park、Taipei是新词汇,学生已经学习过了Hong Kong、Beijing、London这些新单词,把两个香港的地名放在谈论教师计划的时候学习,剩下的放在故事中教学,在语境中带动词汇的学习。
本课时主要引导学生正确理解故事内容,并能有感情的朗读故事,学生能尝试根据关键词复述故事,最后能用“will”来谈论自己的暑期出游计划。在教学过程中,教师关注了学生的自主阅读能力,培养了学生听说读写的技能,提升了学生的英语思维能力,同时巧设问题,激活学生思维。
教学过程:
Step1 Warming-up
T: Hello, boys and girls. Are you happy?

T: Why are you happy?

T: I’m happy, too. Do you know why? Because the summer holiday is coming. Look! I can visit many places. Where will you visit?
Step 2 Presentation
T: I will do a lot of things for the summer holiday too. Do you want to know about my summer holiday?
S: Yes.
T: I will show you some pictures about my summer holiday. Look and say a sentence about my holiday.
(呈现图片,让学生讨论)
T: Great! You said a lot about my holiday. This is my summer holiday plan. And you can ask me some questions by using the sentences.
Step 3 Story Time
1. Watch and match
T: Look! Our friends are talking about their summer holiday plans too. What do you want to know about their summer holiday plans?

T: I’m glad you can ask good questions. First, where will they go for the holiday? Watch the cartoon and match the students with the pictures.
2. Read and choose
T: Now we know where they will go. Now I have some more questions for you. Read Part 1 and choose the right answers to the questions.
S: … (Students read and choose. Then check the answers with the students. Ask them to show the key sentences when checking.)
T: Now let’s play a guessing game. Look at the tips and guess what place it is.

3. Read and judge
T: Su Hai and Liu Tao have a lot of photos about their holiday. Read the story again and judge the sentences.

T: Now it’s time to enjoy the story together.
Step 4 Consolidation
T: Now it’s your show time. Choose a student and talk about his or her summer holiday plan.
T: Mike is writing about their summer holiday plans. Can you help him complete the notes? (核对答案)
